A short story about me
My journey into product management hasn’t been a straight line up a corporate ladder—it’s been an incredible, winding adventure driven by curiosity, a love for building, and an obsession with understanding what makes users tick.
Today, I’m a Product Manager at Google, where I get to lead early-stage products, shape product strategy, and turn massive innovations into packaged tools that solve real-world problems.
But long before I was navigating scale at Google, I was deep in the trenches of the startup world, figuring out how to turn raw ideas into impactful products.
From Startup Trenches to Big Tech Scale
My product perspective is unique because I've lived on both sides of the coin—driving enterprise sales narrative and scaling products to billions in revenue, while also building things from scratch.
The Startup Hustle: Early in my career, I co-founded PlanMyHealth.com out of IIM Bangalore, taking it from an idea to one of India’s top student-run startups. I also scaled growth at Vizury (later acquired for $10M) and HealthcareMagic (acquired by Ebix). This hands-on experience taught me what "product-market fit" actually looks like when your runway is short and adaptability is everything.
The Big Tech Engine: At LinkedIn, I led cross-functional teams to build global behavioral studies on user actions, earning regional excellence awards for acting like an owner. At Google, I’ve overseen commercialization, front-end consumer experiences, and strategic roadmaps for massive, multi-billion dollar product lines like Demand Gen and Discovery Ads.
The Investor Lens: As an active seed investor in early-stage startups, I constantly evaluate what makes a product viable, defensible, and ready to scale.
