A short story about me

Hi, I’m Abhay Paliwal. My journey into the world of product management has been a blend of curiosity, learning, and a deep love for building things that make a difference. I started my career with a passion for technology and a knack for understanding what makes customers tick. I have always been keen on learning underlying user behaviors.

Over the years, this passion led me to some incredible opportunities, and I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some amazing teams and products.

Today, I’m a Product Lead at Google, where I get to work on projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible. But getting here wasn’t just about climbing a corporate ladder. It was about figuring out how to turn ideas into real, impactful products, and learning how to bring people together to make those products a reality.

Before Google, I worked at LinkedIn selling their sponsored ads products as part of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. I was also working on projects researching 'company page' user behaviors to build sales narratives.

I spent a lot of time in the startup world, helping businesses find their footing and grow. This hands-on experience taught me the importance of getting the product-market fit just right, and how crucial it is to be adaptable and open to change.

Along the way, I’ve realized that what I enjoy most is helping others navigate their own product management journeys. Whether it’s guiding someone through a tough career decision, helping a startup figure out its next steps, or simply sharing what I’ve learned, I find it incredibly rewarding.
